I’m Mari — educator and guide for those who feel everything and are ready to feel just themselves.

For those who lead with heart — I help you return to energetic clarity, embodied communication, and the grounded capacity to live from overflow, not depletion.

For over 25 years I have worked as a teacher, director, and consultant. First teaching communication & critical thinking, directing college debate teams, and mentoring hundreds of students in how to speak truth with clarity and impact. Later bringing that same precision and power to the publishing world through consulting with higher education leaders on how knowledge gets shaped — and shared.

But that was the outer world.

Beneath the surface, I was unraveling — and becoming.

Through chronic illness that nearly claimed my life, a second divorce that stripped me bare, and life initiations I wouldn’t have chosen but wouldn’t trade, I came to understand something deeper:

Words can save us.
But only when they rise from authenticity.
Only when they come from a self we fully inhabit.

I guide empaths, healers, and purpose-led professionals to energetic clarity.

I blend decades of experience in communication and education with training in energy healing, somatic attachment therapy, and soul systems — including frameworks rooted in ancestral, planetary, and archetypal wisdom.

I serve those who walk between worlds — the empaths, intuitives, healers, teachers, purpose-led professionals, and cultural creatives — who are exquisitely attuned to the needs of others, but often at a significant cost to their wellness and vitality.

My work is for those who:

A few truths I’ve lived into (and now teach):

• Our sensitivity is not a flaw — it’s our sacred instrument

• We don’t have to choose between being open and grounded

• Energetic boundaries don’t disconnect us — they help us maintain authentic connection without exhaustion or collapse

• Our words, when rooted in body and soul, become the medicine only we can carry

• We are allowed to speak clearly, take up space, and no longer carry what was never ours

The initiations that shaped me (and shape my work):

• A near-death illness that taught me how to listen to all that wishes me well

• The ending of marriages that returned me to myself

• The long arc of motherhood — guiding two now-grown souls while learning how to guide my own

• Rites of passage that stripped what was false and called forth authenticity

• A life-long devotion to clarity, freedom, and growth where unlikely healing became true

This is sacred work. But it is also practical.

In my world, we talk about nervous systems and energy fields.
