For over 25 years I have worked as a teacher, director, and consultant. First teaching communication & critical thinking, directing college debate teams, and mentoring thousands of students in how to speak truth with clarity and impact. Later bringing that same precision and power to the publishing world through consulting with higher education leaders on how knowledge gets shaped — and shared.

But behind the podium, my soul was unraveling.
A near-death illness.
Marriages that ended in ashes.
An identity lost, then remade.
These were not detours — they were the way through.

In the silence that followed, I found something more essential than words:
a voice rooted in the body.
a truth that begins with the breath.
a calling to help others refine their gifts by harnessing their sensitivity.
