I’m on a mission to give and receive more love. One of the most valuable lessons in my life has been that the love I feel in this big, confusing world, is me. All love is a gift, given or received, personal or impersonal.
Personal love I’ve experienced — through partners, friends, family, my children — has only multiplied my capacity to experience the love I am. Whether death, break-ups, breakdowns, or simply paths diverged, what remains is love. If I’m willing to live beyond attachment to the form, beyond judgement of the loss, to feel my grief about the impermanence of all life — what arrives is only more love .
